I discovered my love of oil painting in 2020. As the world began to lock down, I immersed myself in the world that opened up through painting. Instead of enrolling in art school, I invested my spare time into learning from the classical figurative tradition and exploring different styles and techniques. The old masters of the Renaissance are my biggest inspiration and I try to integrate their teachings into my own paintings.
